- Register U.S.
companies with the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC)
- Determine jurisdiction and classify your company’s products in accordance with
the appropriate U.S. government regulations (International Traffic in Arms Regulations - - Export Administration Regulations)
- Determine the appropriate U.S. government licensing
authorizations and process such applications (e.g. export/import license, reexport/retransfer request, Commodity Jurisdiction,
Advisory Opinion, Technical Assistance Agreement, Manufacturing License Agreement, Distribution Agreement)
- Provide assistance with U.S. government export electronic licensing systems (D-Trade
and SNAP-R)
- Screen your customer(s) against
U.S. government lists of parties/persons who are denied export privileges
- Prepare or assist in compilation of company’s Technology Control Plan in regard to foreign national
visitors and/or employees
- Provide assistance
with resolving violations, penalties and seizures

Offer compliance awareness training programs and seminars for your company’s employees and/or specialized compliance
training for individuals and departments
- Respond
quickly to your export/import issues and questions

Develop Export Compliance Programs, including Export Compliance Manual, Policies, Procedures and Training
